The Village Board employs a professional village manager to serve as the chief administrative officer responsible for day-to-day operations of Village services, leadership of the several departments, and execution of policies set by the Board. With more than 30 years of experience in municipal government, Mary Jo Seehausen has held a variety of leadership roles including Village Administrator, Assistant Village Administrator and Human Resources Director, along with extensive management experience in public safety and general government operations.
She is recognized for her ability to navigate complex challenges, foster strong relationships, and develop solutions that balance the needs of residents, staff and elected officials.
Mary Jo’s leadership style combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach, ensuring that both daily operations and long-term goals are achieved with excellence.
